The Warriorette soccer team season has come to an end. To conclude their year, they will have a game against Jeffersonville on Sept. 29.
Additionally, they had a game against the North Harrison Lady Cats on Sept. 24 and lost 0-1 because the Lady Cats were a “tough team,” according to Abby Colson (11).
Colson said the Warriorettes left it all on the field, but the only reason they didn’t score was because Scottsburg had a penalty, and there was nothing anyone could do.
On Sept. 24, the team travelled to Jennings County to play the Panthers and lost 0-1.
“We could’ve won that game, but I didn’t want to tire out the starters because we have a conference game coming up,” said Coach Matt McGlothlin.
