On Tuesday Nov 26, the boys basketball team traveled to Pekin for their second game of the season. With a 31-12 lead after the first quarter, the Warriors were in great shape to pull through with another win.
Treyton Owens (10) led the team with 27 points. Mitchell Prince (12) followed with 17 points, Jimmy Neace (12) and Hayden Cutter (9) both had 16 points each, Nick Sebastiao (11) with 13 points, Noah Smith (10) and Ryan Gibson (10) finished with 9 points.
“It felt great to be able to score a lot of points but it would not have happened without us playing hard and sharing the ball. I’m looking forward to the rest of the season and hopefully winning a lot of games,” said Owens.
