Haley Haynes will take a gap year in the fall and plans to attend Ivy Tech Community College thereafter.
Dear Mrs Burow,
I just want to start off by saying thank you for helping me through so much for the past four years. You’ve helped me push through my classes when I wanted to give up and you’ve helped me prepare for my dream job that I want to pursue in the future. Not only have you helped me with school, but you’ve helped me overcome personal obstacles in my life that have tried to stop me from doing my best.
I know that you probably hear this a lot, but you are the best thing that has ever happened to me at Scottsburg High School. You made the past four years of high school easy for me; you helped me with every single question I had about colleges, future careers, and more which really means a lot to me because you helped me when others wouldn’t and you always gave me the best advice on how to prepare for my future.
You would take time out of your day to help me which not a lot of people would do so it really means a lot to me that you did. You’ve influenced me to always do my best and to never give up on my goals and I can’t thank you enough for that.
Thank you so much for being there for me and I know that there’s lots of students that feel the same way as I do. I’m going to miss seeing you at school and listening to the advice you have to give. You’ve helped me grow from being a young teenager into a young adult. Thank you and I wish that this could’ve been a speech and not a letter so that everyone could hear all the good things I have to say about you.
